One price per site per month, written down here instead of quoted on request. Which price you pay follows the total number of sites you look after, and that price then applies to every one of them.
What a site costs

What counts is the total number of sites you look after, and the price for that total then applies to all of them. Nothing is added up: you never pay one price for part of your sites and a different price for the rest.

Under the German small-business rule (Section 19 UStG) we do not charge VAT. The amount shown is therefore also the amount invoiced.
What else applies
What else applies to every site, whichever band it falls into.
Billed monthly, cancellable monthly, per site
If a customer relationship ends, that one site ends with it and the others are untouched. There is no minimum term and no minimum number of sites. We are a new supplier with no references to show you, and a year of your money is something we would have to earn first.
Two sites free permanently, no payment details
The first is tied to your own sending domain, for the devices in your own office. The second is meant for trying it at a customer and is not limited in any other way; nothing runs out on a clock. Once a third site is added, billing starts, and it covers all three: the two free sites are how you begin, not a standing discount.
White label, 99 euros per month
Your name and your logo, not ours: on the agent's local interface and on everything the platform sends to your customers. Once for your company, however many sites you look after.
Delivery does not depend on billing
The agent delivers under its own steam, on your customer's network. Whatever is in dispute between you and us must not switch off an end customer's alert emails; what stops instead is remote administration and the enrolment of further sites.
Self-hosting
The control plane in your own data centre
The hosted version is the normal case. If you would rather run the control plane yourself, you get your own installation for your own company, sharing nothing with anyone else. The mail path is unaffected, it never ran through us in the first place; what moves is the administration on top of it.
Price on request, quoted per partner
A per-site price makes no sense here. What the installation costs depends on your size, on your environment, and on how much of the operating work you want to hand to us. So there is no number here that would be wrong for you anyway.
Annually and in advance, not monthly
The reason is simple: with an installation in your data centre we have no switch to flip if an invoice goes unpaid, only a licence that expires. A year is also the unit an IT service provider plans licences in.
Licence, updates and a named contact are included
The installation needs regular updates, and its licence renews against mailwerk.app. Both are part of the annual price. Running it is then yours: server, backup, availability.
