This notice describes which personal data this website processes when you visit it.

It applies to this website. The cloud at cloud.mailwerk.app has a privacy policy of its own. The emails an installed Mailwerk Relay delivers on your customer's network reach neither system - their content is not part of this notice.

Data controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the entity named in the Imprint.

Server log data

Like any web server, the infrastructure this website runs on processes access data (IP address, time, page requested, status code, user agent) for a short, technically necessary period, to keep the service secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security of this website.

Processors

One processor, and no more. No provider outside the EU is involved, because this website sends no email and passes nothing to anyone else.

Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, provides the server this website runs on (hosting). There is a data processing agreement with Hetzner under Art. 28 GDPR.

Cookies and third-party scripts

This website sets no cookies and loads no scripts, fonts or other content from third-party servers. That is why there is no cookie banner here. You can verify that yourself in your browser's developer tools rather than taking our word for it.
